Pre-Employment Training
Our Pre-Employment Programme (P.E.P) for short, is an exciting new training programme that prepares people looking for their first job in the vibrant music, film, video and creative arts industry.
It covers 13 job roles - including production, management, set design, editors and camera operators and production/stage manager - and leads to a nationally recognised qualification, the Level 1 Award in Introduction to Employment in the Creative Media Industry.
Those who successfully complete the programme will also be signposted to jobs with good employers through Hi-Def Media's advice, careers and guidance site.
