Both our Professional and Training Services are monitored on an ongoing basis by Management, Staff and Tutors as appropriate.

  • Job Sheets and Tutor Workshop reports are written at the end of each assignment or session. This informs future job schedules and training session planning respectively.
  • We advice and assist Servive Users and Participants in drafting and agreeing individual contracts or learning agreements at the beginning and end of each service or course.
  • Reviewing our service practices or course plans at the end of a job or course by staff and tutos which will inform future similar operations or courses and promote general practice.
  • Clients and Course participants are encouraged to complete an evaluation form at the end of every job or session. This informs future planning on jobs as well as training workshops.
  • Regular Staff and Tutor Meeting to evaluate feedback and skill share sessions.
