Staffing
We have managed and facilitated several projects accross the region by sourcing professionals from specialists services and the wider media sector. Our engagement and partnerships enable us to call upon these experts as well as source their expertise to engage in both community based and commercial projects.
All of our staff possess Media experience and qualifications. All tutors will hold relevant qualifications or show a commitment to gaining them, supported by suitably qualified tutors.
Resource Development
Our Partnership with Blue Cat Initiative has broadened our work portfolio to include Resource Development for other educational sectors and organisations that require accreditation to support their work.
Accreditation

The Team
Roland Gilbertson
Roland Gilbertson is an experienced Community Service Developer and Training Facilitator. He also holds a degree in Media Studies and has successfully managed several community based media projectsin East Anglia. In addition to his expertise, Roland is also a gounded Music and Video Producer and has produced tracks and videos for many up and coming artistes and established artistes. He also holds a D32/33 Certificate as well as being an internal verifier and quality nominee.
Mike Smith-Clare
Mike Smith-Clare is the co-founder of Blue Cat Initiative, a Community based Enterprise specialising in the development of Training resources for the Education and Voluntary Sector. He is an experienced external verifier and a member of the Open College Network.
Alun Williams
Alun Williams is a Media graduate and currently works with the BBC. He has also worked on several community based film and video projects as well as commercial projects for Television.
We are able to identify, develop and design training and tuition resources to support the facilitation of sevewral educational subjects that qualify for O.C.N. Accreditation.
These resources are developed following a training outcomes needs' study to identify the learning outcomes expected from a particular programme. This will then enable us to implement a resource portfolio that meets the specific outcomes required and the evidence collected submitted for Acreditation.
